This hotel is in an excellent area, close to 3 metro lines, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided great service, attending to all our needs. The rooms were clean and had a very comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered basic amenities and breakfast, which was a nice touch.
All was great, no complaints at all.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular areas in the city and had easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the room had a nice view and was well-ventilated, which was great during the New Year celebrations. Plus, the Wi-Fi was fast and free.
The hotel staff was extremely unaccommodating and uninterested in providing assistance. There were no New Year events or activities offered, making the stay rather boring. The room itself was small, with uncomfortable beds and outdated decor. I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday stay.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially considering it's Tokyo. The bed was so comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
All in all, I couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel. Everything was just perfect.

The hotel is a great value for money, offering clean and tidy rooms with a very comfortable bed. The staff, though limited in English, were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient as it is close to three metro lines and away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo station.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel offered comfortable and cozy rooms at a reasonable price. The wide rooms made our Christmas stay much more enjoyable. The hotel's location provided us with access to various cafes and restaurants that enhanced our experience. Additionally, the close proximity to the metro station and other convenience stores made our stay easier.
The room we stayed in had an old-fashioned look. The bathroom was too cramped to move around comfortably, and the air conditioning was not working well.

The hotel is located conveniently close to a major train station, making it easy to get around. It is also situated near several popular restaurants and a shopping center. With three metro lines located nearby, it's easy to explore the city from this central location.
The room was not suitable for a disabled traveler. Despite requesting a wheelchair-friendly room, the bathroom was too small and poorly designed for accessibility.
