This hotel is in an excellent area, close to 3 metro lines, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided great service, attending to all our needs. The rooms were clean and had a very comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered basic amenities and breakfast, which was a nice touch.
All was great, no complaints at all.

The hotel staff was extremely unaccommodating and uninterested in providing assistance. There were no New Year events or activities offered, making the stay rather boring. The room itself was small, with uncomfortable beds and outdated decor. I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday stay.
